About me
Matt enjoyed a 40+ year career at Northrop Grumman FCU where he progressed from running their IT system to running the credit union as the CEO. Over the years, he learned the difference between running a successful credit union and running a credit union for the success of its members. He also learned that the best way to improve a credit union is not by listening to regulators, other credit unions, or highly paid consultants, but by listening to the members. While he enjoyed a successful credit union career, he failed miserably at being a retiree. So, he is once again finding ways to listen to members, this time at the best little credit union in San Diego..
